WHERE DO WE DELIVER?
Currently, we only deliver in the USA.
WHAT IS MY ORDER NUMBER?
Your order confirmation email may have arrived in your spam folder.
We, therefore, invite you to check your spam. If after checking, you cannot find the confirmation email including your order number, please contact us at the following address: contact@my-little-sunshine.com.
We will ask you to mention the following information: - Subject of the email: My order number We respond within 24 working hours.
You can check the status of the delivery at any time on the "Track My Order" page by entering your order number and email address.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can cancel your order up to 24 hours after purchase on your My Little Sunshine store. If you are within these deadlines, do not hesitate to contact customer service at the following address: contact@my-little-sunshine.com
We will ask you to mention the following information: - Subject of the email: Order cancellation - Number of the order to be canceled Our teams will take care of canceling your order and will then proceed to a full refund. In the event that you find yourself out of time and your package has already been dispatched, we cannot do anything until you receive your order, following which we will be able to proceed with a refund if necessary and this, after return of the item to our warehouses. We respond within 24 business hours.
WHEN WILL I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
Once your order has been dispatched, a confirmation email will be sent to you.
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?
Each order is dispatched within 48/72 working hours. We work with suppliers all over the world and this leads to significant delivery times. We prefer to bet on the quality of the products, rather than on the speed of delivery. Delivery times are 2 to 5 days. The entire My Little Sunshine team thanks you for your understanding.
