Refund policy

Please Read Our Return & Refund Policy Carefully:

Returns and exchanges

 We don't accept returns or exchanges. However, if for whatever reason your product is faulty, we will offer you a refund. 

Kindly follow our policy on how to initiate a refund below.

Refunds

Once the refund request is received by our after-sales service (see above), and once your request has been validated, you will receive your refund on the credit card you used to place the order on our site within 14 days.

  • WRONG PRODUCT:

If you discover your order is flawed please contact us by mail at contact@my-little-sunshine.com With photos of the wrong product. We will reship the right item for you free of charge. If you prefer, we can make a refund. 

  • DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEM

If you have received a non-conforming item, or your item arrived damaged, please contact our customer support by email at contact@my-little-sunshine.com, and we will take care of you.

In this email, please provide us with:

  • your order number
  • a picture of the defective/damaged item
  • a picture of the problematic item

Once your request has been processed by our team, we will reship the item(s) to you free of charge. You will not need to make a return.

  • ORDER NOT RECEIVED

We are sorry to hear that. On rare occasions, an order may be lost in transit. If you still have not received your order after 30 days, please contact our customer support by email at: contact@my-little-sunshine.com.


We will then proceed to reship your package as soon as possible. Or, if you prefer, we can refund your order.

  • ORDER CANCELATION

If you wish to cancel your order, you have 24 hours after receiving your order confirmation email to contact our customer support by email (specifying your order number) at: contact@my-little-sunshine.com.

Our team will then be able to cancel your order and make the refund.

Beyond 24 hours after receiving the order confirmation email, the order will be processed and it will not be possible to cancel it. It will then follow the standard delivery process. 

  • EXCHANGE:

In case your product is defective or damaged, we will either reship the item or refund it.

  • CHANGE OF MIND:

Change of mind is not acceptable. No return or refund will process. Please Note: Color, Size, and Texture.

** All refunds will be issued after receiving the returned product and inspecting it. It will then take up to 4 days to reflect in your bank account.
